Indian Bike Week 2026: World Record Parade, Full Schedule, and What to Know
The biggest gathering of Indian Motorcycle riders in the world is happening next week in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Ten days of riding, a Guinness World Record attempt for the longest Indian parade ever, charity rides for kids and veterans, and Adam Sandoval leading the Military Appreciation ride. The Basics: Where, When, How Much
Indian Bike Week 2026 runs Thursday August 13 through Sunday August 23 at Rivers Edge Apple River Campground in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Early arrivals start August 13, with the official kickoff on Sunday August 16. The full event spans ten days.
The campground is at 1820 Raleigh Rd, New Richmond, WI 54017 — about 40 miles (64 km) east of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Registration is available through Eventbrite, or you can register at check-in starting Saturday August 15 at 5 PM (cash preferred for last-minute registration).
Indian Bike Week LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indian Motorcycle International, LLC. This is an independent rally organized by enthusiasts. The event has been held at the same campground for six years and continues to grow.
The Guinness World Record Attempt
The headline event is on Saturday August 22: an official Guinness World Record attempt for the longest parade of Indian motorcycles ever assembled.
The schedule for World Record day:
- 9 AM - 12 PM — Registration and info collection at the campground
- 10 AM - 12 PM — Women's record attempt lineup
- 12 PM — Co-Ed World Record parade attempt
- 1 PM - 3 PM — Auction and raffle (must be present to win)
- 5 PM — Military and 1st Responders goodie bags distributed
- 7 PM - 11 PM — Social hour, live music, raffles
If you ride an Indian, this is your chance to be part of a world record. The more riders who show up, the better the chances of setting a record that may never be broken. Registration on Eventbrite is required for the World Record ride.
Full Daily Schedule
Dinner meet-up at Acapulcos (1240 W Frontage Rd, Stillwater, MN) at 4:30 PM.
Meet and greet at The Freight House restaurant in downtown Stillwater (305 Water St S) from 3 PM to 5:30 PM.
Campground setup day. Meet and greet at Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant in Stillwater. Check-in begins at 5 PM at the campground (cash preferred).
8:30 AM meet at campground. 9:30 AM departure to Vino in the Valley (arrival 11 AM, departure 1:30 PM). Ride back through Elmwood with a stop at Weston B&B Bar. Evening: social hour, BBQ potluck, live music, bonfire, and trading post from 5 PM to 10 PM.
8:30 AM meet at campground. 9:30 AM departure to Taylors Falls. Stops at Slattengren Farms (ice cream), Brookside for lunch, and photos at PD Pappys in Stillwater. Evening: social hour, merchandise, bonfire, raffles, and live music from 6 PM to 11 PM. Shuttles to New Richmond hotels ($10 round trip).
Unofficial ride day. No chase vehicle provided. Riders split into smaller groups and explore the area. Memorial ride for Dale Johnson and Lori Blake Roberts. Memorial patches available. Evening: food trucks, social hour, live music, raffles.
Poker run (details announced at event) or join your own ride. Co-ed rides, distance rides, or tubing down the Apple River. Evening: food trucks, social hour, live music, raffles.
Two official rides: Lakota Chapel Ride for Kids (bring backpacks filled with school supplies for 600+ children on South Dakota reservations) and a separate ride to visit veterans with pin-up models. Both depart at 9 AM and meet up at Vino in the Valley for lunch. Chase vehicle provided.
8 AM meet at campground. 9 AM departure to Lake Pepin. Gas stop in Prescott, arrival at The Outpost in Bay City. Ride around Lake Pepin to South St Paul Antique Airport Hangar for late lunch and photography. Free lunch for active/inactive military and 1st responders (bring military ID or DD214). $20 for non-service, $10 for kids. Evening: swap meet (new for 2026), vendors, bonfire, live music by Reverend Blanchard.
The big day. 9 AM-12 PM registration. 10 AM women's record attempt. 12 PM co-ed World Record parade. 1 PM auction and raffle. 5 PM military goodie bags. Full day at the campgrounds with food trucks on-site. Evening social hour and live music.
Blessing of the Bikes at 10 AM. Photography and portraits. School supplies send-off with Lakota Chapel. Farewell dinner at 7 PM (location disclosed at event).
Charity Rides: Kids and Veterans
Indian Bike Week isn't just about riding — it's about giving back. Two charity events anchor the week:
Lakota Chapel Ride (Thursday Aug 20): Riders bring backpacks filled with school supplies for over 600 children on impoverished reservations in South Dakota. Pastor Cheryl collects the supplies directly at the event. This is the kind of grassroots charity that motorcycle rallies do better than any other community.
Military & 1st Responders Appreciation Day (Friday Aug 21): Free lunch for anyone who brings a military ID or DD214. The ride goes from the campground to Lake Pepin, around the lake, and ends at Fleming Field (South St Paul Airport Hangar). Participation chips available for all riders who support the ride.
Special Guests: Adam Sandoval and Pat Cornell
Adam Sandoval — the well-known motorcycle advocate and content creator — will be leading the Military and 1st Responders Appreciation ride and assisting with the World Record event. Adam has been a fixture in the Indian Motorcycle community for years, known for his charity work and cross-country rides supporting veterans.
Pat Cornell — "Vroom Old Man" — will also be riding. Pat is a military veteran who has surpassed all known world records for motorcycle mileage, having ridden the equivalent of halfway to the moon and back. He'll be leading rides alongside Adam during Military Appreciation Day.
Where to Stay
The primary option is camping at Rivers Edge Apple River Campground itself — tent sites, RV spots, cabins, and glamping tents are all available. This is where all the evening events happen, so staying on-site means you won't miss anything.
For hotel options, Google hotels in New Richmond, WI (about 7 miles / 11 km from the campground) or Stillwater, MN (about 11 miles / 18 km away). Shuttle service runs between New Richmond hotels and the campground for $10 round trip on event evenings.
The event warns that 2026 is expected to sell out, so reservations should be made early.
As an Indian Pursuit owner, this is the one rally I'd want to be at this summer. Ten days of riding with a few hundred other Indian owners, a world record attempt, charity rides that actually matter, and Adam Sandoval leading the military ride — that's a full week done right. If you're within riding distance of Wisconsin, this is worth the trip.
